Description
Increases the operational power consumption of all production blocks (including modded ones) by a factor of 5.

Does not affect gas tanks (they are considered production blocks by SE).

Aims to discourage mobile production and increase the value of reactors.

Designed to work with Solar Power Adjustments ×5 to keep bases viable where wind turbines are ineffective.

Designed to work with Wind Power Adjustments ×2 to make the early game less painful.
