Greek F-16D | Falcon | NATO

The first F-16D for the Elliniki Aeroporia (Hellenic Air Force) was handed over at Fort Worth on November 18th, 1988, with the first F-16C being handed over later that same month. The initial batch was delivered between November 1988 and October 1989.

When you enter the WPN page on the MFD make sure that the weapon systems are powered on by pressing the top right key with “pwr off/on” next to it

Once it says “pwr on” the MFD will display new symbology.
In the center all the boxes made out of dots will disappear bar the selected pylons. You can change this selection by pressing on the arrows on the left side of the screen.

Here is what the selection number means:

By pressing hot key 1 the selected pylon will cycle. Pylon 1-4 has 2 launches available. You may achieve the second launch by pressing hotkey 1 again.

After this you must select a new pylon. Pylon 5 is a singular pylon and is only expected to carry a fuel tank (for decoration). Pylon 1-1 can carry both weapons and fuel tanks.

If you press “PGU-28” this will arm the gun. And pressing the trigger hotkey it will allow you to fire the gun when implemented.

• The speed is limited to 70 M/S However if you press hotkey "5" on either seat it will switch to 400 M/S speed cap. This will allow the aircraft to be taxied and easier landings/takeoffs.

There is no real start up procedure. The “Batt” switch turns on the hud. The “fuel pumps” switch does nothing. Nor does the jett fuel tanks buttons. To start flying just turn off the parking break and press the up arrow.
