Six Turn Character Cycling Plus One Extra Slot

This mod was made for RDLL users in the hope that it doesn't cause the legendary lords to disappear like other mods that reduce the recruit pool refresh rate. It will also work just fine without RDLL too if you want, RDLL is not a requirement.

The new variables are set to minimum 6 and maximum 8 turns, meaning every 6 to 8 turns the characters in the recruit pool will cycle out.

It also adds one extra recruit slot, meaning 3 lords/heroes will spawn at a time.
