Better Frame AGOT

Description
This mod changes the frame around the player's title with custom frames for some AGOT dynastes.

Dynasties with custom frame for King/Emperor rank:
-Targaryen
-Baratheon
-Stark
-Lannister
-Greyjoy

Custom frames Duchy rank:
-Stark

The rest of the dynasties use the frames from my Better Frame Mod for the base game.

@MaTraKa - so after extensive testing it appears this mod stops the COA rally point mod from functioning correctly - if there is a solution to this that you know of I would love to hear it - this makes for a very nice looking game and would hate to lose this one
