Feel there are too many wonderkids later in your game?

Reduce the amount of newgen Wonderkids and Highly talented players.
You will see about a 20% drop in the number of high talents (170+) being generated.

Forces the big clubs to want to buy any high talents sooner in the game.
Harder for smaller clubs to hold onto their talent.
The geographic spread of talent is more balanced. The big nations still have the bulk but the next big talent could be from a place unexpected. Keep Scouting!

Add realism to your game.

While simming decades into the future I noticed the amount of newgens who are classed as wonderkids gets quite large compared to the start database. This file reduces that number by about 20%.
The overall game world feels more realistic.
The reduction in the top tier of players just means the middle and lower tier of player pools is larger.
The game will be competitive, big clubs will want those top talents.
