Compatibility patch for Divine Intervention Cheat Menu and Better Rhomaioi - A Byzantine Empire Mod

This requires both of the above mods as well as this patch. Load order should be Better Rhomaioi, DICM, then this patch.

Yeah, just checked. Most things looked fine except for a few visual bugs on the tooltips. Some of the actions and diplomacy are in the wrong category. For example, adopt faith is in the prison category.
