Praise the Honkmother

TL:DR As the title say it add a new ideo-style named circus that will play your typical circus rendition of the Entry of the Gladiators by Julius Fu cik as well as a spotlight effect during rituals. It also go really wells with another of my mod *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge*

I got ideas on how i could expend this mod so looks forward to more clowny content!
