I love slaneche's three auto mods:
Auto increase control
Auto promote culture
Auto conversion

This is a simple compatch mod for these three.

yes. both mods change the task, so they will overwrite each-other.
either the automatic feature won't work, or the councillor won't get the monthly xp.
