More Colonizing Nations

Exactly as it sounds, this mod gives many more nations exploration ideas as their
first pick, including Austria, Naples and Ottomans. It is intended to allow for
more players and more competition in the colonization game.


List of changes;

The following nations wil be joining the colonization race (along with all the default ones);

Abenaki
Algiers
Aragon
Assiniboine
Austria
Ayutthaya
Aztec
Blackfoot
Bohemia
Brandenburg
Brunei
Burgundy
Canada
Ceylon
Cherokee
Choctaw
Denmark
Finland
Genoa
Germany
Inca
Italy
Japan
Korea
Louisiana
Mali
Ming
Morocco
Naples
Norway
Novgorod
Ottomans
Poland
Prussia
Qing
Scandinavia
Vijynagar

The following nations have been nerfed in some way;

Russia (Expansion idea is now 4th idea rather than 1st)
Castille (Iberian Wedding never happens)
Spain (Second idea nerfs settler chance and colonial range)
Every nation attempting to colonize the New World (Natives may have a decently powerful empire by then)

The following nations have been buffed in some way;

Portugal (Albeit indirectly, Spain will take longer to arrive at the New World)
Japan (Recieves ideas to increase colonial range and decrease naval attrition)
Aragon (Iberian Wedding never happens)
All Berber Nations (National ideas reduce Native Agressiveness)
Poland (More expensive for enemy nations to core it's provinces)
