UPDATE: The 'Mod' is now compatible, with The Latest version, of Gates of Hell: Ostfront. 1.050.0

Yooo!!

For all those, who don't know(or don't recognize), this is a Sound Modification, for Call to Arms.
Which, changes the sound, for More Realistic, immersive experience.
The 'original' one was set, for Classic Call to Arms.


This is set to, "Gates of Hell" : Ostfront.


Edit: OK, so the 'Mod' had been updated. A lot of new sounds, where implemented. Any feedback, regardless the mod, is essential. It will, be also updated, in the future. As it's not the 'ultimate' release...

Roadmap -

Most, of the weapon sounds, where changed. Also, Explosions.
NEXT: Are vehicles.(which where, leaved untouched).

STAY FOCUSED. For future realeases. And...

Ok, thanks the exomplsions and other stuff don't seem to be working on my end I'm not sure how to load an older version. I'll let you have a look at it. annoying when the game devs release all these updates that break the mods yet the game doesn't seem to actually update,

Thank You!!! Yess, i added the explosions. It's still, a work in progress. It's getting outdated beacuse, the Devs patch the game much often. You could, possibly try to load an older version(of the game), compatible with the Mod.
Or just wait, till i update it...
Well, i guess the Devs, don't have the propper cash' for a proffesional Sound Studio, so i guess, it's left for the modders. :)

Here's some real war footage. (may be disturbing to some viewers.) Those would make for some amazing sounds. We're also getting a mod from that particular conflict in those videos the dev said it was coming out probably around october 2025. when i seen that footage, i thought it would make for an ideal GOH mod

I love the gun sounds. Did you add in explosions? or is that still a work in progress. i was wondering. when i tried to activate the mod, it said it was outdated but it still worked don't know if it loaded an older version or what but anyways keep at it. We could use some new sound FX the regular vanilla ones sound a bit awkward. some i would go as far as to say even kinda sound like recycled ps1 sounds.

This is, without a doubt, the best sound mod I've tried in GoH, but I have a suggestion for the MG34: how about using the sound from Squad 44 or Red Orchestra 2? Or at least creating a sound similar to the examples I gave you. The MG34 is the only weapon I'm not convinced about. Otherwise, keep doing an amazing job.

@Cherino3 Can you please, Unsubscribe, and Subscribe again The 'Mod'?? To force download. If it doesn't work, be sure to Activate, the Mod , and Apply in game. Be sure, You done these steps, and Leave Feedback , if it worked. Thanks in Advance!!

Thanks this game could 100% use some new sound mods. The vanilla sounds kinda bland explosions don't have much punch or variation so I look forward to more of this. :steamthumbsup:
