Description
Changes in Bomber Command's upper heirarchy have come about as a result of heavier than expected losses in previous compaigns. While still sticking dogmatically to the idea that bombing is always the answer to any problem, they have come to realise that different problems call for different types of bomber, and therefore have redesigned their fleet with this in mind. The chief weaknesses addressed are the lack of any real ability to effectively counter any enemy that they can't just bomb from above with relative impunity, their inability to even shoot back at enemy ships that can get above them, and their lack of effective defensive buildings. This fleet replaces the stock "Bomber" fleet with a new one that consists of 50 Airships across 8 Tiers, 15 Buildings across 5 Tiers, uses two special resources and no modded parts, and has been updated for the changes in 1.2 and Heroes & Villains.

Airship Fleet:
Bomber - The standard bombing airship from which the other models are derived. Now with more bomb bays and a rifle, so they can still fire upwards and have at least some protection against aircraft.
Light Bomber - Smaller, lighter, cheaper and faster to build than a standard bomber, but doesn't hit as hard.
Heavy Bomber - Simply park it above something that you wish to destroy, it couldn't be simpler!
High-Altitude Bomber - Sometimes you just need to go higher; this is a specialist bomber that does exactly that, although it sacrifices some firepower to achieve this.
Fighter/Bomber - An idea dating back to the first world war, a fighter capable of dropping bombs can sometimes go where a pure bomber can't, and can take on enemy airships with cannons as well as dropping bombs.
Fast Bomber - Need to intercept that pesky enemy fleet? Want to attack an emeny town before their fleet can react? Fast Bombers have you covered.
Low-Level Bomber - When going in at high level means you just get hit by more flak, you can hug the ground instead. Now featuring aerial charges for bombing airships above you!
Standoff Bomber - When enemy air defence is too strong to get a bomber overhead, simply sit beyond its range and launch long-range cruise missiles instead.
Torpedo Bomber - For when that hard target needs to be taken out right now, there is no better way to crack open those tough enemy fortifications!

Buildings:
Observation Post - A light and relativeyl cheap building intended to add a little extra firepower to a town or city's defense at a reasonable cost.
Guard Post - A larger defensive structure, priced to defend a towm.
Fortified Bunker - A large defensive building, priced to defend a city.

The techs have been ordered to give a good start in terms of money and research, while also building a Fleet Academy early for the crew bonus, and to quickly develop their more powerful ships and buildings.
