SMOD Tactical PMCs (PMs)

I originally didnt want to do this when i uploaded the original preserved as they were models, since it would need a mega ton of work to do them justice, out of boredom i got around to it, and i think i did about the best i could manage. These feature all the original texture sets used on Smod Tactical from the final 5.56 demo and the original first iterations of these textures from Delta 3, with the original classic hands from Tactical to boot for C_hands, merged all the models into one per skin set, with massive reorganization of assets to reduce duplicates (which is another reason why i didnt want to touch these, SO many duplicate assets), and compressed the uncompressed textures, going from 200+MBs to just under 90MBs.

Why am i not bundling these with the Smod Tactical pack i released? these guys alone add so much space i opted to keep them seperate, and i didnt want to do NPCs since i simply just didnt want to do them, and they just were the Playermodels in Tactical anyway.
