Vanilla Weapons Optics - All NVG Compatible

This patch makes all attachable optics from vanilla ARMA and its DLCs compatible with NVGs. That's it. Simply use NVGs or ENVGs with your preferred vanilla scopes and they should work.

Optics Patched (format is vanilla name/ACE3 name):
- AMS/US Optics Mr-10
- DMS/Burris XTR II
- Kahlia/KAHLES Helia
- LRPS/Nightforce NXS
- MOS/MOS

If these optics don't work with ACE, then that may be due to a particular setting in ACE config being enabled in which NVGs don't work with optics.

I have not tested this as a client on multiplayer yet. Since this makes config changes to weapons I presume it needs to be on the server as well.
