Description
By now Kaiho has been alerted of the presence of an assassin going about their provinces and wreaking havoc.. This seems to be a retaliatory forward headquarters set up to train an army in a new style with the knowledge that it will counter the assassin's use of shadows. If there is any hope now for the shadows not to be overcome by these new armies of light, a covert approach is of utmost importance on this mission.
