Pipeball Canyon [VSCRIPT]

Re-uploaded to "freshen up" for an upcoming artpass update. This version of the map also features logic/asset parity with the most-recent build of Linedrive (beta 3b).

If you've never played Pipeball, the rules are simple! A massive ball will drop down in the center of the map. Shoot it into the enemy goal to score! First to three wins. If the round ends in a tie, the game will enter a no-respawn tiebreaker round, and a deadly black ball will spawn.

Gamemode is enhanced with VScript, although this is mainly to modify server settings and improve the "feel" of the gamemode.
