Regeneration Tanks Cure Disease

Description
Makes regeneration tanks with cloning draught also cure diseases like glotrot.
Specifically it raises the regeneration level to 5 when there is cloning draught: see the wiki page on regeneration. https://wiki.cavesofqud.com/wiki/Regeneration#Regen_%3E=_5
I personally hate glotrot so much that when I get it I just wish it away, so I made this mod so it feels more fair.

Regeneration tanks already cure the infection anyway via amputate, so it's arguably a convenience measure anyway. I like it :p

Seems pointless since there are cures plus a player can abuse the cooking system, and then on top of that ya'll dirty cheaters wish it away anyways. So unless you're teaching yourself to mod, what was the point?
