Added more leaders to the mod "Auzr Lane-Eagle Union". There is currently 4 leader added: Laffey, Flasher, Eldridge and St. Louis.
Laffey
Leader's Ability: Wargod of Solomon
+1 Production and +2 Faith for every waters tiles in this city. Military units do not suffer combat penalties when damaged, +10 Combat Strength when fighting units with higher base Combat Strength, and +7 Combat Strength when flanked. After killing a unit, trigger Eureka and Inspiration for a random Technology and Civic (unlock the Technology or Civic if Eureka or Inspiration has already been triggered). Gain the Benson-class Destroyer unique unit when the Combustion technology is researched.

Flasher
Leader's Ability: Teary Eyed Huntress
All units +1 Movement and can only be detected when adjacent to enemy units. Military units +3 Combat Strength per unused Movement and regain all Movement and Attack Points the first time they move within 2-tiles of an enemy unit each turn. When you kill a unit, you will receive Gold according to the number of units you have killed. Gain the Gato-class Submarine unique unit when the Electricity technology are researched.

Eldridge
Leader's Ability: Philadelphia Experiment
Earn Research Point per turn equal to 20% of Science per turn rate. All units gain the "Operation Rainbow" and "Max Voltage" unit commands. +2 Research Point for every population in the city. Research Point cost -15% and +25% reduction cap.
Agendas: Operation Rainbow
Prefers civilizations adjacent to her or with high Science, and hates civilizations with low Science that are far away from her.

Leader's Ability: Luxury Handle
20% Discount on Purchases with Gold. When consuming Gold, obtain 25% of the [ICON_SesearchPoint] research points of the consumed Gold. The Luxury Resource tiles in this city +2 Culture, and improved Luxury Resource +1 Trade Route capacity. When creating an international Trade Route, awards 50 Gold and 10 Tourism (on Standard speed) based on the number of excess copies of Luxury resources St. Louis possesses.

St. Louis's unique civilian unit that can improve resources adjacent to owned territory and annex those plots, or remove resources to gain yields while destroying any improvements on the plot. Has 3 charges that can be expended to create Luxury Resource on unowned empty plot.
