Corvette that will provide suppressive fire from the skies. Although it's weaponry is tuned to larger targets it will try to take out enemy troops as well. In order for enemy units to take this massive unit down they will have to destroy all of it's hardpoints.

You could also try to pilot a plane from the runway but I do not recommend it. Lorewise the runway is for refueling and repairing not just planes but also mechs as well.
