Tealer Improved Chat Bar with gradient

Slightly modifies improved chat bar to use a teal as the global chat color, because yellow is painful
I got bored the other day and copied over the vanilla chat boxes and put a yellow-orange gradient and replaced the buttons with hexagonal ones.
I have an addiction to yellow-orange gradients, I might start putting them on every UI element in the game. I think the only thing I haven't redone is the item tooltips.................hmmmmmmmmmm
It's probably against the laws of starbound UI design but nobody told ME anything about how this should work >:(
I don't think it'll work technically correctly without Improved Chat Bar but be my guest if you want to test that theory.
