The ES Temelin Mk III is the third iteration of the well-known tier 1 factory ship, often employed to serve as supply & repair ships for small to medium strike forces. Being Tier 1, it is capable of mining, salvaging and basic ship part production (steel, coils, hypercoils & ammo). The relatively minor improvements over the Mk II version include stronger frontal defence, which makes low level fights a non-issue, an update to its crew roles, as well as a removal of the rarely used rear point defense.

Also, check the assignments in the resource tab (the arrows) and the assignments of the crew (arrows in the crew tab).

They power the thrusters just fine for me. Maybe you didn't properly load the crew roles. To fix this possibility, you should go to the crew tab, click the hamburger-menu on the bottom left, click "Load Ship Roles", click "Replace Existing Roles" and then select the ES Temelin Mk III from your in-game workshop folder. Hope that helps.

Crew refuse to power the big thrusters. Any ideas how to fix?
