What does this mod do?

Adds a new diplomatic pact and actions to go along with it, called Equal Customs Union! Currently can only invite, join and break it.

What's the difference from a normal Customs Union?

1. Main difference is this type of customs union does not require or force you to make a nation a subject! This means no giving up convoys or autonomy!

2. Specifically this mod also addresses the inability to be able to deal with your own subject nations while in a customs union because the senior partner would be the "Overlord" in paradox's triggers despite not having any real ownership or jurisdiction!

3. Some cool features because of this is that both countries in an Equal Customs Union can maintain there own individual market spheres!

Thats right a junior member of an equal customs union can maintain its own regular customs union and market at the same time as the senior partner can! Ideal for a multiplayer setting or if you would just prefer to keep your customs union market together while joining someone elses!

I made this mod with compatibility in mind the only thing it does purposefully change is the vanilla customs union commenting out 2 lines checking if a country is a junior member of a customs union in order to invite a country to your market! This allows a country to maintain its own vanilla customs union alongside an equal customs union.
