Leader's Birthday Celebration

Description
Use the leader on the leader's birthday to get a Happy Birthday pop-up and reward.
Currently the reward is 100 Gold, 100 Faith (varies with the speed of the game).
For example, when you play a game as Julius Caesar on July 12, a Happy Birthday prompt pops up and a Happy Birthday song plays.
Currently supports most official leaders, and some MOD leaders.
Many thanks to nea_baraja for his help with the user interface.

I posted JP translation on thread just because I found this mod funny and great.
I think it would be also great for us to have an option to use this mod as just a reminder of leaders' birthdays, thus eliminating the 100 gold and 100 faith bonus.
