The dokkalfar of R-rated dreams has descended into Smack Studio, now equipped with all of the magic she could possibly find in other people's dreams. She has many ways to alter her aerial momentum, and excels in controlling space. Be careful though, she's a lightweight and can be KO'd easier than most.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: ARCANE BLAST
She shoots a dark magic sphere that slows down the further it moves and stays on screen for little more than a second before disappearing. Great for keeping the opponent away and taking away screen space.

SIDE SPECIAL: WING FLAP
Uses her wings to attack in front of her by doing one massive flap; this can be used to reflect projectiles, and knock opponents away at any percentage. Has no scaling, so it isn't good at killing at all, and it's just a way to push your opponents off of you.

UP SPECIAL: ARCANE DREAM
She jumps with one massive flap, while shooting downwards dark magic that explodes on contact with the ground; the projectile itself does not do a lot of damage, and all it does is send the opponent down, but the grounded explosion does deal a good chunk of damage.

DOWN SPECIAL: ARCANE THORNS / FLIGHT
On the ground, she will hit the ground to summon magic thorns that will harm anyone. They last 7 seconds, and can hit anyone, including Plumeria. She is still somewhat safe, due to having a 2 second invulnerability period towards the Thorns. Has a 7 second cooldown; if used again during this cooldown, she'll simply strike the ground and generate a small energy wave around her, with the outer most hitbox being only effective against grounded opponents.
If used while in the air, she flies for a bit. It has generous endlag, but can be good for recovery. Can be cancelled into an airdodge.

ULTRA: ARCANE EUPHORIA
She will launch a massive orb, which moves somewhat slow but tracks the opponent. Deals 30 damage, but is a pretty powerful finisher.

OTHER NOTES
-Her air dodges reset after jumping.
-Side A and Up A are references to a certain Dictator.
-NAir, UAir, and DAir can change aerial velocity with the right timing.
-Oliver is in there somewhere. Nothing's more lewd than that; even Plumeria seems surprised at his appearence.
-Worth noting that this character is more based on the whole concept of magic in Fire Emblem, rather than her individual character. Her specials and Ultra are obviously based on her actual moves, but generally speaking she's more of a big reference to all Fire Emblem magic.
