Allows Printable Ores, but with a cost

Credit to BishopCrane. this is an edit of the mod "ResourcePrinter" to make it more "balanced" by my own definition

What is it?
It changes the autolathe to allow it to "print" ores, each costs energy but no other resources.
Isn't that cheating?
Probably, but after hundreds of hours of mining, sometimes you just want something easier!
Can it print X ore?
It should be able to, if there is something missing, do say.
It can print Ingots?
It cannot.
Can I make infinite power from this?
Kind-of. It is possible to make power from this setup, however it does not make much, and still outputs the same amount of gas.


*this does mean that coal is very power-expensive to make, so make it with caution


main changes from BisopCrane's version:
coal takes 100000 energy and 5 time to produce
all other ores take 20000 energy to make, time unchanged
cannot make Ingots
ices limited to Ice, and Nitrice, which take 10000 power to make.

Also, other than both the ices, all other recipies require tier 2



!!IMPORTANT!!
This should once again now be loaded ABOVE the Core mod in mods
You also may need to restart you game after doing so for it to take.

A final word of caution, to balance things, things take a considerable amount of power to make, and will blow out regular cables. Make sure you use heavy ones if you print anything.
