LORE:

War raged on in space and on the seas around Metalburg. The Metalburguese Navy did its best to hold a perimeter around the island, but they kept losing territory to the International Coalition. It was partially because their ships started using energy shields much like the ones used by the Astroburgers at the start of the war, which was very suspicious. It made them resistant to aerial bombing attacks by the Metalburguese Peregrins and Goblin Mothers, so the Bureau had to think of another way to deal damage: torpedoes—slow munitions that could phase through the shields. Then, the Mb-66 Mariner, a VTOL aircraft-submarine hybrid previously designed for naval patrolling, was adapted to carry the improvised weapons. Their effectiveness would soon be tested in the storms of battle.

That version of the 66 would be just the same, but without the torps, I don't think it would be a very relevant addition to the lineup. BUT, the private jet is not a bad idea (i've been thinking of building an airliner-like flying wing for some time)

And along with that, maybe an escort plane.

Maybe you should try making a private jet for v.i.p s and dignitries visiting Metalburg.
