The classic Grandpa Bill mod by arby26, uploaded by miztaegg.

This is my fixed up version that has a few improvements over the original. Those changes are:
- Removed unnecessary invisible polygons that'd show up on survivor outlines.
- Added a dead bill model for The Passing.
- Improved viewmodel arm weighting to fix issues present in some modded animations.
- New lobby and in-game VGUI made to match the vanilla style better. Incap panel is taken from an unused file in the original mod.

The VGUI I made is placeholder, I plan on getting better "paintover" style ones that will match vanilla much better.

If miztaegg wants me to take this down, I'll gladly do so, as well as provide the modified files for them to update their mod if they wish to do so.

turns out it was using the clavicle bones as well as the spine bones (lol) so i removed that weighting and touched up on the wrists to hopefully fix up the weird bending id been seeing in some of my own animations

you gotta make sure the arms are not rigged to the clavs at all, that fixes it 90% of the time.

ah, i see, that might just be that animation, as i haven't seen any weapon in my game do that, but i'll still look into the viewmodel at some point to improve on it a bit

I was using PD2 Butterly Knife mod. It's only really visible when it plays the shove animation

i haven't touched the viewmodel, but i can look into it, i noticed the wrist was particularly bad

Is the viewmodel fixed too? Cuz the original's one kinda glitches out with certain animations
