If you find one of the clips annoying remove it from your \killing floor\movies folder and rename one of the others to replace it.

I figured out how to make it work!

Go into the KillingFloor game folder
Open the Movies folder and delete all the movie.bik files there
It should download the workshop movie files when you try and start the game afterwards

I guess Windows wont let steam workshop replace files that already exist.
