Teenagers Expanded

Description
Adds acne, skincare medicine and tweaks child labor precepts.

Acne health condition

Acne hediff spawns on birthdays, starting from 10 years with the highest chances being at 15 years, then chance gradually declines until hitting 0 after 20 years. Also sometimes spawns on adult npcs.

Disappears on its own if left untreated for 2-4 years. Gives constant -3 mood when present, +3 mood for 7 days after healing. Has 3 stages, that give social debuff of -5%, -15% and -25% respectively. Reaches worst stage in ~1 year if not treated. Can lead to infections in the heaviest stages.

Anti-Acne Medicine

Crafting costs:
1 herbal medicine per bottle.

Applying anti-acne medicine instantly heals medium stage, but requires 2 treatments at heavy stage. Acne can then re-apper next year.

Also, tweaks the ideology precepts to consider anyone below 16 to be a child for "Child Labor" precepts.

1.5 please.

Don't most colonists eat unflavored rice for every meal a day? Also, that can be substituted for nutrient paste, aka factory made slop. Also, just general clotting of skin pores can cause acne.

Acne is caused by eating sugar and grain. Presumably the colonists on the Rim who primarily eat real human food such as meat instead of factory made slop won't have that problem.

Sorry, having a acne cream item was part of the comission for this mod, can't change that

Update: infections from acne are now non-lethal, but still dangerous

As far as the child->age 16 goes, it'd be nice if there were a way to let teens practice work to get an education (as it were)? That starts to get complicated, doesn't it?

Is there any reason to have acne not treatable by herbal medicine directly? That might help with the caravan problem, no?
This is such a cool detail to add, v nice!
I may feel -25% is a bit high, especially out on the rim, but :shrugs:
