I made this mod in like 1 week or so, i inspired on rimworld (HUMAN LEATHER HAT!11).

Yes.
Can i reupload this mod?
No. Unless given permission by the author.
How can i get the corpses?
Trough server plugins, otherwise you can craft them with a kitchen knife, a machete or a butcher knife, be warned that if you craft the corpse you will die and the blade will disappear..
