Hydrofoil button at cockpit controls them.
The entire cockpit raises up into the open air, while the lower position operates by cameras (for night operations and a low-drag high-speed mode).

It has strafe, and effective low and high speed steering. Strafe and steering could use sensitivity tuning, but are usable as-is.
