This mod, SAR, uses historical attrition data from the Crimean war as a basis to moderate the extremely high attrition rate of basegame victoria 3.

Note: 1.5.11 has reduced the attrition rate to 0.8%, which is still too high in my opinion, so this mod will stay up for those who agree.

(VTM uses 0.5% instead, if you use this mod then it will be lowered to 0.4%)
