Report a translation problem
From Evan -- "the player that draws now has "recall" that can't be reduced by reducing summoning cost"
From Jar -- "instant summon is no cost and no recall"
He's also currently working on updating the rules to answer that question among others.
Instant summon: Summon this card without paying its cost.
Recall: Affects how many cards are drawn from the summoning pool when summoned.
Is that correct? There is no discussions in this add-on and I need an answer soon.
