World Race Leg 3 (Tournament Version)

Description
The Thrid Leg of The World Race takes place in a harsh desert, This Leg has a Rock Sculpture, Large Pyramids and on top of one of the Pyramids there is a Wheel, Could it be the Wheel of Power or could it be a Fake?

(Includes various Air Control Changes to better help with Tournament Play for Omega's World Race Tournament.)
