Cooler Cooler

Description
A simple mod that adds a new passive cooler that is cold enough to freeze food.

Compared to the regular passive cooler, it cools from 17C (62.6F) to -6C (21.2F), allowing you to freeze foods.

DOES NOT REPLACE PASSIVE COOLER.

Sort of a cheat mod, will make your game easy.

Can be added mid-save!

@Double C - Yeah my storage room was very big I realized, I cut it in half with a wall and both rooms cooled way faster! Blessed mod - Thank you!

@Saga How big is the room, and are you sure it's closed? Make sure the room doesn't have any half walls or fences
