Description
is based on the mod Tactical Movement Speed, but without the character becoming a turtle. You'll feel the difference more in third person, where the character's movement will be more coherent with the animations.

i like the edit of the player speed but the zombies too?
i know its based off the original mod but, mayyyn the zombies slow
