cs2 port of hns_freeway, original map here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=916247815

fixed issues:
- no fire from barrels (env_fire broke)
- boost works (may be buggy, lmk)
- the pop dog sign is showing
- wires now connecting poles

issues:
- no sound or light from cop car

as far as I can tell these are the only issues. If you find anything else wrong, tell me in the comments

Thank you for adding BOTS! I see some issues with the map. Ts have all the advantage. CTs have very hard time to get out of Spawn. There are only two ways out of spawn for CTs. Is there a way to balance the map a bit? Greetings
