Easier Country Setting

Description
A mod that removes Rain and Night time from the Country restaurant setting.

Rain and Night time causes queue patience to decrease faster, so removing it, customer queue patience last longer.

This change would make it so that the three base restaurant settings (Alpine, City, Country) all have different difficulty levels from each other.
