Description
Snowflake Archipelago is a city that poses an answer to the question you never knew you wanted answered: what if Dubai was in northern Europe?

Fully equipped with 12 strategically placed hydroelectric dams, 6 outside highway connections, 3 rail connections, 4 ship & plane connections, and balanced abundant resources, Snowflake Archipelago is now ready and waiting for you to build whatever your heart desires.

Most of the assets used were vanilla, however I did use a few flora assets to fill out the forests, and one five lane highway for the lane mathematics. All assets used can be found in this handily named collection: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=3101675744
