Description
Compatible with 1.9.*. WCA adds an alert for when you are wasting construction.
Compatible with VTM, load order doesn't matter.
Can be installed mid-game.

Supports all official languages (English, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Turkish)

1.7.0 Update: Compatch needed since they changed the construction menu

Update '23 Dec 4th: Unused Interest and Law Enactment were also each given corresponding alert.

The alert sometimes shows up (and then immediately goes away) the moment a building is done, this causes the construction usage to be recalculated and tricks the game into thinking the country is wasting construction points. so basically your computer might be too good (game ran too fast), when you pause the game it should work as intended.

Have been using this as part of GORA UI but the alert seems to be present near-permanently even when my construction queue is full – am I misunderstanding what it's supposed to be telling me?
