Obsolete Combine Soldier (Playermodel)

A slightly enhanced version of the old but gold Obsolete Combine soldier, you may have seen these before as this was the basis of the combine soldiers and metropolice from Cinematic mod, this is the original models condensed into one, with all the variants turned into bodygroups, with the regular combine C_hands.

I also cleaned some of the textures and remade some of them as the originals were compressed to hell and back, and fixed some improper settings that caused some things like specular reflections to not render correctly.
