Based on the Cabal's Acolyte, the name says it all, its designed as a fast troop/crew transport with a small storage space as extra, basically a luxury cruiser minus the entertainment bits, no defenses other than armor & 4 rear PD.

Sun Diving done right, don't pull the asteroid out of the suns corona, mine it in place & pull out to drop resources to the MotherShip, rinse & repeat, guaranteed to be faster than pulling the whole asteroid out.
