Challenge Arenas and Betas

Description
Ports all Challenge-exclusive and dummied-out arenas to the Competitive and Sandbox menus. Beware of region spoilers!

Some arenas have wildlife spawns added or altered. Quite some have so little floor that they might only work competitively if you're playing Spearmaster. More wildlife spawns (and fixes to Water Tower) are on the way!

I LOVE how Neural Terminus is a teeny tiny version of Moon's Pre-Collapse AI chamber. Could I steal this idea for an arena?

@GriefcaseDude Someone uploaded an SBCameraScroll mod long ago, and it'll work with these arenas, but it'll only focus on player one. I haven't found out if Split-screen Co-op will help with that yet, though.
