If you run Vanilla Factions Expanded - Ancients, during a sealed vault start, instead of ancient soldiers you will start with Zalcore LLC troops.

Zalcore LLC starting scenario, 5-person squad, with recon armor. A bit of coin, survival meals, medicine, components, turret research. Includes pawn/settlement/faction namer.
Varied loadout of vanilla weapons by default, but if you run any/all of the following mods (or the all-in-one Zalcore Weaponry), you'll get a MUCH better starting loadout:
Zalcore Plasma Blaster
Zalcore Negator
Zalcore Grenadier
Zalcore Flechette
Zalcore AIW
Zalcore Vibroblade
