Climb Jumps Hotfix

Description
Reverts the changes added to the climbing that prevents side jumps from ledges if the game thinks something is "too close".

UPDATE 2/20/24
Also fixed the climbing up ledges issue. This should fix getting stuck in the green room with tons of pipes

This should make my map work again

try unsubbing from other mods, could be a mod conflict
