Fixed "city_test03"

Description
Heres a fixed version of the map "city_test03" from the WC Mappack.

Things that have been fixed/changed:
-textures from the leak added and fixed where necessary
-skybox from the leak added and fixed
-models from the leak
-ai nodes
-color correction
-ambient noise from the leak

If some parts of the map are super bright, type "mat_hdr_level 1" into the console.

The map is called "city_test03_31" and is in the "other" category

um... did you forget to add a cubemap? if so its not working, I'm seeing a bunch of objects "glowing"

Missing textures when you start the map and look behind you;I even have a photo

Unfortunately, I lost the color correction files, so I'd have to recreate them from scratch. The map still looks fine without them though.

Ok I think I fixed the missing stone texture. Please comment if its working correctly.

i typed "mat_hdr_level 0" and my game crashed LOL
