EOD Suit Compatible with IEDD Notebook

Description
All credits go to Welshy original creator of the EODS mod and this suit.

It includes the full EOD suit.

Made the suit scripts compatible with the IEDD Notebook mod, it basically reduces the damage received by the IEDs to a minimum of 30% and a maximum of 80% (The percentage is always 30% damage received, but there is a 0 to 50% chance of receiving the extra % + the 30% base)

The mod IEDD Notebook is not actually a requirement, so you can use it with vanilla IEDs and explosives.

Yes, inside the file named "fn_Explosion.sqf", line 28, lower the damage values to whatever you want :)

All vanilla IEDs + the explosives the IEDD Notebook mod uses. Also, some vanilla mines like APERS, Demo Charges, and Claymores.
