Vintage Equipment Pack

Description
This pack adds 5 new items to the game, dating back to when Europa was first colonized by humans. Each item fell out of use over time either due to complicated construction, resource scarcity or because they simply weren't built to last.

The main gimmick of this pack is that every item has two versions: Vintage and Reproduction.

Vintage items can only be found in wrecks, and each has been damaged in some way due to age. These Vintage items can be deconstructed for a chance to get the blueprints for the Reproduction version of the item. Hold right click while holding the schematics to download them into your brain.

Reproduction items are clean, undamaged versions of each Vintage item. They have different sprites, don't have a damage effect and are generally a bit stronger than their Vintage counterpart.

List of items:

Colonization-era Diving Suit
This suit is one of the first diving suits made to be used on Europa. It is weakly armored as the designers did not yet know the full extent of the danger the wildlife would pose. However, they are hardened against extreme temperatures and radiation, as they were used in and around spaceships up on the surface. The suit is rated for depths up to 7500m.
It also comes with a fragile bubble helmet, allowing unobstructed vision along with a built-in light.
Notes on the Vintage version:
The suit has sprung a leak, and leaks oxygen every so often when submerged. If inside a submarine, this leaked oxygen will contribute to the room's oxygen. Resistances are weaker, the built-in light shines less brightly, and depth rating is reduced to 6500m.

Pioneer Oxygen Tank
This type of O2 tank was designed to be used on spaceships but was repurposed for underwater use. A Pioneer holds more air than contemporary oxygen tanks, but was never designed for the realities of Europa's ocean. When it sustains an impact, or when thrown around, it leaks a significant amount of oxygen. This oxygen does contribute to the room's oxygen when it leaks indoors, so can be used to replenish a room's O2 supply in an emergency by throwing them at a wall.
Notes on the Vintage version:
The tank has corroded over time, and now leaks on its own occasionally when submerged. Like before, this oxygen contributes to a room's oxygen. It also holds less total O2.

Flash Battery Cell
Another space-grade design, the Flash Battery Cell holds even more charge than a Fulgurium Battery Cell. However, they have a reputation for being unstable. Handle with care! When thrown with enough force, or when the battery's charge is fully depleted, it will explode!
Notes on the Vintage version:
Age has corroded the battery's terminals, and it now sparks occasionally and loses charge. It also holds less total charge.

Electro-Flare Gun
A marvel of science, the Electro-Flare Gun can turn the water or air around it into a brightly glowing ball using energy from any type of battery cell. These glowing balls illuminate the area around them and were originally used for signaling spacecraft during landing on Europa's surface. They burn for approximately 1 minute and 40 seconds.
Notes on the Vintage version:
The circuitry has been damaged, causing it to use more than twice as much power when used.

Dementonite Storage Container
An early and ill-fated experiment to find a use for Dementonite, the Dementonite Storage Container can hold an impressive amount of items due to the living metal molding itself into the perfect shape for the inserted items. However, holding one in your hands raises your psychosis over time.
Notes on the Vintage version:
The Dementonite has corroded and no longer changes shape as easily, resulting in reduced storage capacity. It also drives you insane faster.

It's mostly that I've been far too busy to do much modding, I'm afraid.

It cant be that hard to fix like 3 items

I was gonna look into that a year ago, damn... I'll see what I can do. There's also a bug I need to fix, so might as well swat two flies at once.

Nice mod.

However, the suit looks kinda goofy and 60s-ish, kinda like what people in the 60s thought 2020s would look like haha
