Apart from the vanilla balancing (hit points, melee defense and attack etc.) It leaves out most things that are the reason why a flood of submods is required to work with other mods to solve compatibility issues, like tech changes, skill changes etc.
SFO Lite is linked from the main SFO page. I wiah it was documented and promoted much better though.... Also note that to run, you keep the main SFO mod, you just add the SFO Lite mod to it.
