You MUST TO MOVE 3109586907.vpk FROM \Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop to \Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons and REBOOT the game client to make it work !!!

This addon needs to load with the game engine at the same time, while the addon you subscribed to won't work because the addons from Workshop don't load with the game engine at the same time.
