Souls Heal Beefalo

Dropping Wortox's souls now heals beefalo.

Configuration is available for healing multiplier.

Specifically:
Souls that are dropped on the ground heal any beefalo that is within range, as long as said beefalo has a domestication value above zero. By default, the beefalo will be healed for 4x, which is usually 80 health. Beefalo contribute to the heal reduction penalty of -2 per person (or beefalo). Souls still restore sanity for all Wortox players.
